Before any assignment is started, our team will engage the owners and/ or senior management to fully understand the mission of the company. Our team goal is to fully understand the company and where management feels the performance is relative to the strategic plan.

There will be times when we will push back on the plan and test the theories of the management team. This process is to gain a clear understanding of the assignment before becoming contractually engaged. The objective is to be very clear on what the expectation is, and to be focused on providing solutions and outcomes that meet the targeted objective.
